By accessing or using MyBusiness.bot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyBusiness.bot provides automated Google My Business review management services, including but not limited to review monitoring, automated responses, sentiment analysis, and reporting tools for local businesses.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

5. Google My Business Integration

By using our Service, you authorize MyBusiness.bot to access and manage your Google My Business account on your behalf. You represent that you have the authority to grant such access and that your use complies with Google's Terms of Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyBusiness.bot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MyBusiness.bot, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
